- All earthworks and reinforced concrete works including externals, roads, drainage, car parks, hard standings and sub structures.
- 68,000m³ of bulk excavation and stabilisation.
- 8,500 concrete piles and contiguous piles to furnace basement.
- 19,000 tonne of imported fill.
- 18,500m³ of concrete.
- 5,300 metres of drainage from 150mm to 825mm together with 2,000 metre filter drainage.
- 12 metre deep furnace cellar taking 2,500m³ pumped concrete.
- 30,000m² of surfacing.
- 500 metre of cast in-situ 5 metre x 3 metre tunnel.
- 28,000m² of mesh and 970 tonne of bar.
