Hewlett Launches Prize Draw For Staff As Part Of 25th Anniversary Celebrations
As Valentine's Day is probably the most famous day for recognising those who mean the most to you, the Directors at Hewlett Civil Engineering in Leeds decided it is the perfect time to announce a new prize draw scheme to show staff how much they are appreciated!
The Company has launched a bi-monthly prize draw for its 120 employees across the UK as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations.
Staff at the leading Civil Engineering firm, will automatically be entered into the prize draw during the course of 2012 for a chance to take home prizes ranging from luxury weekend breaks and dinner for two at top restaurants to spa treatments and champagne.
The draw has been introduced to give a new level of fun to working at Hewlett and also by way of marking Hewlett’s 25th Anniversary. The prize draw is open to all employees, excluding the Board of Directors, and winners will be selected at random.
Alan Cooper, Managing Director at Hewlett, said: “Hewlett can be a demanding and fast-paced place to work, and it is important that our staff feel that this is balanced with a sense of how much they are valued by the organisation. By offering rewards that can include a partner, instead of just work or team-oriented rewards, we want to demonstrate to employees that we are encouraging a better work-life balance.
“As this is our 25th anniversary year, we wanted to introduce something new that would reach as many people as possible and thank them for their hard work.
“The initiative has generated great excitement and appeals to employees at every level and office location across the group.”
