• Hewlett’s experience in the use of recycled materials allowed large quantities of material to be recycled and reused on site.

• Flexible working practices allowed the operational status of the depot to be maintained around the busy Christmas period.

• Changes to the delivery programme caused by unforeseen problems were accommodated by Hewlett’s flexible approach and ability to call on a large resource base.
